“…moving towards inner peace” is a free and guided movement practice based on Transformative Dance by Hadas Fisher. As in Transformative Dance, we move through different phases inspired by the seasons: Arrival – Activation – Ecstasy – Stillness.

 

We keep asking us: What feels good for me right now? What feels good in my body right now? How does my authentic self wants to express itself right now? It’s not about “right” or “wrong” but simply about “right here” and “right now.”

 

The process can release mental blocks and reconnect us with our feelings. Sometimes, painful memories that are stored in the body over time can be touched and released through the dance. Mental and emotional blocks can dissolve without us having to understand them or effortful think through them. 

 

“…moving towards inner peace” actually means turning inwards – to the inner space where everything we seek resides, qualities like: simply being, lightness, peace, insight, etc.

 

No prior knowledge necessary.
