Philosophy
My fundamental understanding which underlies my work as a facilitator is that life is vast, expansive, and intricate. I feel nourished by everything that possesses expansiveness, including the human psyche. I accompany you on your journey to discover and cultivate your own expansiveness. The fullness of life ranges from beautifully enchanting moments to unbearably horrific ones. I don’t want to microscopically examine the depths of the human experience or attribute something “beautiful” to them. I want to open up the space and invite the hidden pain and healing to unfold, allowing us to honestly encounter everything within us: Everything is allowed to be—in opposition to and with fear. We “let” ourselves be as we are. Simultaneously, through this permission, we allow profound transformations to emerge: “Doing through doing nothing.” All people, with their diverse facets, aspects, and experiences, are welcome. We carry small, complex galaxies within us. From my own experience, I know how difficult it is to find suitable support that adequately addresses and acknowledges the topics of displacement, migration, and (everyday) racism.
You are welcome just as you are.
